SEMA 2026 runs Nov 3 to 6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and every booth vehicle has to be in place by 3pm on Monday, Nov 2. If your build, truck or display car is already in town, the time to get it detailed is before it rolls in, not after.
We're Detailers Of Las Vegas, a detail and paint protection shop at 6565 Spencer St, Suite 104, about 8 miles from the convention center. We work by appointment, at our shop.
When to book
Move-in runs Thursday, Oct 29 through Monday, Nov 2. Plan to have the car detailed in the days before your move-in slot, so it goes onto the floor clean and only needs a wipe-down at the booth.
Booking a week or two out gives you the most choice of times. Cars that come in from a trailer or a long drive usually need more than a quick wash: road film, bugs, brake dust and dust in every gap.

Swirls you can see under the show lights won't come out with a wash. If the paint needs correction, or you want ceramic coating or paint protection film on a build before it's photographed all week, bring it in early so we can look at it first. Ceramic coating and paint protection film need more shop time than a wash.
After the show
Move-out starts Friday, Nov 6, at 4pm in the West and North Halls and 4:30pm in the Central and South Halls. A car that sat in a hall all week, then gets loaded onto a trailer, picks up dust and fingerprints fast. If you're in town for a day or two after the show, we can wash or detail it before it heads home.
